SHEET 043-A · THE BUILD STORY

Ninety square feet, six weeks, zero shortcuts. A wet-room conversion in a 1912 house means the floor is never level and the stack is never where the last remodeler said it was. We laser-scanned the floor, sistered the joists, and set the linear drain to a fall you can check with a marble.

Six weeks to the day. The drain falls exactly where they drew it — I checked with a marble, like they told me to.
